How to join the pilot program?

Our current plan is to start the pilot program with the launch of version 10.2.10.

Who can join the pilot program?

When the pilot program start, we will be interested in hearing from customers who use:
* CRM Online
* SuperOffice Service Premium plan
* New Service Request 
* SuperOffice Developer Tools subscribers

 

Effect of enabling the pilot feature:

By signing up and enabling the feature, the change is:
* A new field called "Request Type". This will only have one value "Request" - until you configure more values for it.

* It enables SuperOffice Admin to start the configuration of "Request Types" in SuperOffice Admin.

* It enables SuperOffice Admin to define how layouts should be assigned in Screen Designer -> Request, and add add and change layouts based on this "Request Type"
