Hello

A colleague tries to open emails that are archived to SuperOffice.

Unfortunately she gets the following error message.

The weird thing is, it's not for all emails but like 80% of them.

Does anyone know what this error message means and what we can do to fix it?

We already tried to:

Uninstall mail link and webtools + Reinstall. (with outlook closed)

Thx in advance

Hi Nils,

Check if Outlook is configured as the default e-mail client and that the file extensions .msg and .eml are linked to be opened by outlook by default.

If that is correctly linked, you can try removing SuperOffice WebTools + Maillink, run a repair on the Office installation and then reinstall SuperOffice WebTools + Maillink
