      This is a formal announcement of  End of Life  for our Microsoft 365 Document Integration ( Sharepoint  v1.0). This is a feature that only has been available for Online customers  through our Appstore .  You can already now migrate to our new application SharePoint Documents  3.0  that is the new and improved version for handling  document  integration to SharePoint . We will end our support effectively from  2024-09-01 .   After this date you are not able to create new documents from SuperOffice until you have migrated  to the  new version . What is Microsoft 365 Document Integration ( Sharepoint  v1.0)?   It is an application  that have provided customers with two features.  First it has enabled customers to login with their own IDP , Office 365,  for au thentication with the user’s email address.  Secondly it has offered CRM Online customers the possibility to use Office365 SharePoint for document management in SuperOffice.  U sers  have been able  to create and edit documents from any computer without a local Office package   installed .      What does this mean for you as a customer?   You  have to  migrate  to our new features  for logging in with your IDP and integrating the document storage with SharePoint.      Super ID  will let you use your own IDP  for logging into SuperOffice .     SharePoint Documents  will let you store your documents in SharePoint.  This is our new and improved app that will make you more efficient.   If you would like to migrate your documents to the new  solution, we have a guide that will help you with that.  Migration guide       We recommend that you reach out  to your SuperOffice consultant  to discuss how you should migrate in the best way based on your situation  and configuration . If you are unsure a bout who to contact, you can always  get in touch with  our Support team through  support@superoffice.com  to  get guidance and contact details to  the local  consultant team.      Reasons for announcing End of Life are as follows:   The app is built on technology that is  deprecated by Microsoft.   We would like to emphasize that we have created a new and better integration to SharePoint that you can migrate to , without any licence cost, and  enjoy a better user-experience.   The old app also  has  some design aspects that  aren’t   perfect for a lot of customers.   In the old app t he SuperOffice Archive and the SuperOffice Template folders need to be  located  on the Root of the SharePoint site, and not as a sub-site or a virtual site, which means all Microsoft 365 users need minimum read access to Root of the SharePoint site.   The old app requires extended access rights to run custom scripts, this is usually not according to today’s best practices for IT security.

How to filter inquiries by Mailbox?

Hi All,  we have multiple inboxes such as sales@ info@ ... I need to filter out all requests, which came in via Mailbox sales@ so that I can count, if all messages were succesfully imported into the system. I tried using the normal filter options, but I cannot filter by "Incoming Mailbox". How can I filter out all requests, which came in via the Mailbox "sales@" or "info@" into a list?    At the end of the day I just need to make sure that all emails that came in have actually been successfully added to SO. If there is a better way, please let me know.

From voice to text in the web application

In Mobile CRM it is possible to use voice control to add text in descriptions. I have users who would like this functionality logging into the web application on their computer. Is that possible? Cathrine

Hi Cathrine In Mobile CRM we use the build voice to text-feature in the mobile phones. In iPhone it is Siri that "translate" voice into text.  Not SuperOffice. I guess that if the same feature is wanted in our web application, you must explore if similar features exists in web browsers, and if so use that browser when adding descriptions in SuperOffice.

Create a selection with many companies ..

Hello everyone, I need to create a selection with 200+ companies, but I'm not sure how to do it the easiest way. I already have the companies in SO, and I've tried to create a criteria using "company:name = equal to" and then comma-separate the companies I want in the selection, but without success. Is there another way to create the selection without having to add all 200+ manually? It's not possible to create a selection with "sales=" because it's a "unique" list that sales has created...

Hi, Katrine! We don't have a function for creating a selection based on an Excel file like this. One way to handle this is to create an interest, for example, 'import sep, 2023,' and add this interest in an import file. Then, update this interest on all the companies with the help of the import. Afterwards, search for all the companies that have this interest. It's a bit of a cumbersome step, but it's the best method I can think of. Just make sure that you only have the company name and the new interest in the import file so that no other information is overwritten and no new company is created.

Sending out e-mail from Outlook to many contacts

Hello, I have the question - when I am sending out e-mail from Outlook to several contacts - this e-mail is saved in Super Office only to the first contact from the list . What about the others? Is it possible to save e-mail for all recepients in Super office? What has to be done?

Hi Olga, If you want to store the e-mail you send stored with every contact, that you should use the Marketing module for sending the e-mail. It is not possible (unless you want to do it manually) to store the e-mail with every contact when sending through Outlook.

How to set subscription link in email in marketing, alternatively change text on page/form for subscription changes

Customer needs a link for subscription in an email. The reason is that receipients forward emails to colleagues, who should be able to make their own subscriptions. The only possibility now is to use the link for change of subscription. This works, but the heading and introduction text is not the best for new subscribers. So, if it is not possible to have a separate link for subscription, is it possible to change the text in the form?

If the email is forwarded, all links to the subscription page are always openend using the orginal recipient's identity. Which is not desirable. A solution would be to create a SuperOffice form without pre-filling any of the fields and let them subscribe to the mailings (contact - subscription field).
