We have multiple customers who are very excited about the 'timestamp button' also becoming available for the follow-up dialog, in other systems they have used there is a keyboard shortcut for directly inserting the timestamp:

Something like CTRL + T to insert the timestamp.

One thing regarding the timestamp, is why the stamp can be edited by anyone who can edit the appointment itself. I would assume, that a timestamp is a fixed and static information and not "normal" text, anyone can delete or tamper with.

Thanks for your message about editing timestamps in appointments. I understand your concern about the security and integrity of such data. A timestamp is considered to be a fixed and static piece of information, ideally immune to tampering or editing, especially in systems where maintaining the integrity of the record is crucial. However, the flexibility to edit a timestamp in your appointment system is a result of the specific design choices made during the programming of the system.

While it might seem counterintuitive, this design choice provides flexibility in managing appointments. However, I appreciate your feedback and will ensure it is considered as we continue to develop and improve our system.

Hi Ester - you could make it a preference under "Functions" in Admin: "Enable editable timpestamps (default = NO)". And the description could be somthing like: "If enabled, users with edit rights to the follow-up, can tamper with the timestamp, making it untrustwothy" ;-)
